Helen - good on you using prezy for your presentation. You have covered all the bases very well, and this is a perfect overview of the strategies you plan to implement. I know that lots more detail can be found on your blog. I am looking forward to your presentation in class.
It would be a good idea to make sure at the start that you state that it is a resource to demonstrate induction for anaesthesia, as the term, induction, has lots of different meanings.
Awesome presentation Helen- lol I liked the re-use of slides - very sustainable! I thought your objective and aims were clear (also the use of a stuffed toy is good!). Including a video is really interesting- would it be good to get student feedback- and then film another induction video post-feedack taking in comments? Also could you show a video and record students commenting on the video as a soundscape that watchers could choose to turn on, so those students who are distant learners could listen in to a group dialouge to the learning tool? just random thoughts! I also posted a comment in your blog re: indigenous learners... Ka mihi, Gina
